  5. This archive is for user-contributed Tcl/Tk extensions, programs and
  6. other stuff.  If you're looking for the Tcl and Tk distributions, you
  7. should FTP them from sprite.berkeley.edu [128.32.150.27].

  9. Harbor is the central file server for the software staff of the
  10. Engineering Computer Network, so please try to refrain from FTPing
  11. stuff between 9am and 5pm EST (GMT -0500).  No mail-archive service is
  12. planned as yet -- users without FTP capability should use one of the
  13. following mail-based FTP services (send mail to the appropriate address
  14. with "help" in the body):

  17. Others:        DEC ftpmail (ftpmail@decwrl.dec.com)

  19. All contributions should be placed in the ~ftp/incoming subdirectory.
  20. Please send me a short mail message stating the filename(s) of your
  21. contribution and a brief description (for the Index).  If you've
  22. posted some code to comp.lang.tcl or the Tcl mailing list, and you
  23. want it to be archived at this site, please deposit it in
  24. ~ftp/incoming or mail it in a suitable form (preferably uuencoded
  25. compressed tar file, but a shar file's OK) to:

  29. Note that only contributions that are uploaded or sent to tcl-archive
  30. will be archived.  I will *not* automatically pull your code off
  31. comp.lang.tcl or the Tcl mailing list.
